Fillet and small pieces are also cooked. But chum salmon from 0.5 kg should already be cooked up to 1 hour 30 minutes from the moment of boiling over a low heat. Its readiness is easy to spot with a wooden skewer. If it easily enters the pulp, then the fish is ready.
