The first launch of the agro-pilot took place in the municipality of Podolsk - it was there that the agricultural drone sprayed a special herbicide, hovering over the fields occupied by Sosnowski hogweed.

Such information was shared with the public by employees of the Office for Investment and Industrial Enterprise Support of Podolsk.

The development of agro-industrial unmanned aerial equipment is owned by young experts from the Podolsk urban district. They worked for a long time on the idea of ​​a drone-fighter with a cowhide. And in the end, the authorities of the municipality became interested in their potentially useful idea for the whole Russian Federation.

As soon as the process of developing and creating an unmanned “fighter” was completed, the agrodron cultivated with the herbicidal composition of about three hectares of land affected by the insidious pest weed - Sosnowski borschik. The operation was supervised by employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Podolsk Machine-Testing Station."

It is important to note that the exact name of the agrodron is a multicopter of an agro-industrial type. It was built on the basis of aerial photography company. It is reported that the UAV's productive capacity exceeds the efficiency of manual processing of territories against cow parsnip by 50, or even 60 times.

The bandwidth available for processing for the drone varies from six to eight meters. Creation of a multicopter is referred to as developments in the field of “smart” agriculture and see in it a serious potential for bringing the fight against cow parsnip to a qualitatively new level.
