The World Animal Health Organization (OIE) has confirmed the outbreak of bird flu H5N1 in India. According to India Today, the remaining birds will be rejected to stop the spread of the disease.
H5N1 is a type of influenza virus that causes a highly infectious and severe respiratory disease in birds called bird flu (or "bird flu").
