The head of the administration of the Yuzhny ICC, Maxim Shirokov, said: by the end of the year, as many as three large grain terminals will be operational in Ukraine for temporary and long-term storage of cereals.

One of the grain hubs is getting ready for launch at the Yuzhny port. We are talking about the MV Cargo hub, the overload capacity of which reaches 5 million tons at the first stage of work.

Another terminal will be launched in the Berdyansk port. It is located at berths No. 9-4, and its transshipment capacity is about half a million tons of grain per year.

Another major terminal is about to begin work at the port of Olbia. His specialization will be the transshipment of grain produced by the company Evrovneshtorg. The capacious capacity of this storage will reach 4 million tons of grain.

Note that in 2018, at the end of November, the export of Ukrainian grain reached the mark of 16 million tons. This is 772 thousand tons more than in 2017.
