In the suburbs of the Russian capital, by the end of June this year, the final stage of the construction of a unique and large-scale cheese cluster will be completed. Such information was published by the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Andrei Razin.
According to the minister, at the moment, all excavation work at the place of construction of the cluster has been completed. A new facility is located in Dmitrovsky municipality, and it is already known that local builders managed to build a reservoir as part of the treatment facilities.
Project curators note that the work is carried out in accordance with the plan, there were no deviations from the schedule. Therefore, as soon as all necessary preparatory work is completed, the construction of cheese production workshops and facilities for processing milk and whey from it immediately begins.In addition, it is important to note that in the near future the construction of a laboratory for the verification and research of milk raw materials will be initiated. The main task of the employees of the future laboratory is to control the quality of milk and the finished cheese product. Such information was shared with the public by Andrei Razin.
It is noteworthy that with the opening of the cheese cluster, jobs will receive about six hundred residents of the Moscow region and guests of the region. The estimated production capacity of the cluster is about twenty and a half thousand tons annually.
