According to statistical analysts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, for the first five months of this year, milk production in the country exceeded the mark of five and a half million tons. We are talking about a product made by large-scale, medium and small agricultural enterprises in all regions of Russia.
It is noteworthy that the current indicator exceeds the volume of milk production in the first five months of 2018 by more than three percent.
The best workers in dairy production can be safely called industry workers in the Voronezh region. Together, they managed to increase production by almost thirty-five thousand tons over the year, which is 17%.
In second place are milkmen of the Belgorod region with an indicator of plus twenty three and a half thousand tons, which corresponds to an annual increase of 15.7%.
“Bronze” goes to the Kaluga region - the milkmen of the region for the year went up by almost eighteen thousand tons (18.5%). Next are the Kirov (plus fifteen thousand) milkmen and their colleagues from the Tyumen region (plus eleven and a half thousand tons per year).
It will not be superfluous to note that since the beginning of this year, one Russian cow managed to “give out” to milkmaids an average of 2247 kilograms of milk. And this is almost five and a half percent more than in the first five months of 2018.
Among the forwards to increase milk productivity can be called Karachay-Circassian enterprises, as well as dairy farms of Primorye, North Ossetia, as well as the Yaroslavl region and Novgorod.
