The initiative group from the Chelyabinsk region intends to achieve the establishment of penalties in the very near future for local pastoralists who send their animals for grazing to places not intended for this purpose.
We are talking about negligent shepherds, allowing their livestock to pinch grass on city beds, lawns, parks and flower beds.
In the very near future, for unauthorized grazing of cows, goats, pigs and other farm animals grazing in the territory of these places, pastoralists will have to pay a rather large sum of money.
In particular, it is known that the amount of penalties will vary for citizens from one thousand to three thousand rubles.
It should be noted that officials will be forced to lay out up to fifteen thousand rubles for grazing on flower beds and lawns. And the fine for legal entities is even higher - from fifty to one hundred thousand rubles.
It will not be superfluous to note that representatives of local self-government have come forward with this initiative for a decade, however, the authorities in the Chelyabinsk region have come close to considering and implementing changes only now - after receiving positive feedback from members of the legislative assembly.
