The company "Ukraine" from the Belokurakinsky district of the Luhansk region plans to become a producer of seeds. This was told by the agronomist of the above enterprise Vladimir Lavrenko.
He considers this direction of development of the economy promising, since there are no other seed farms nearby. Together with the seed, the company intends to offer local farmers also technology for growing crops, supported by the results of their own research.
Currently, the farm is working on technologies for growing sixteen agricultural crops: wheat (winter and spring), winter barley, rape and rye, spring and winter peas, lentils, chickpeas, chin, mash, corn, buckwheat, sunflower, soy, flax and Sudanese grass.
Vladimir Lavrenko is ready to provide complete information for each crop of the agronomist of the farm, starting from the sowing date, the rate of application of various preparations, and to the yield.
To develop high-quality seed material, the farm has already acquired Fadeev’s calibration grain cleaner, which has patents in Ukraine and Russia. The machine does not injure the grain, consumes little electricity, and its operating modes can be adjusted. It operates silently and has a simple design.
