In the expanses of the Nizhny Novgorod region, a new production started. It is about making elite types of cheeses with mold.
It should be noted that earlier in this region dairymen did not deal with the production of such products on an industrial scale. However, at the moment, an enterprise has started operating that produces cheeses made in ecologically clean areas from organic raw materials.
It is known that the new production complex is located in the village of Kurtsevo, which is located in the Gorodetsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to the organizers of the project, the plant operates as part of a full cycle, starting its production line from animal feed to ending with the sale of finished cheese delicacy.
It is noteworthy that the plant is equipped with high-tech equipment of a new generation. The production capacity allows daily to best process about two thousand tons of milk from thoroughbred, healthy goats and cows from Russia and Europe into a unique cheese.
Now in the stalls of the complex contains about two hundred and fifty adult milk goats, as well as about three hundred kids, which are representatives of the Alpine and Anglo-Nubian breeds. It is expected that in the near future two hundred and fifty goats from Austria will settle in the stalls of the enterprise.
It will not be amiss to note that the regional government allocated six billion rubles to the company for the purchase of alpine goats and for other production costs.
