Very soon, three meat processing enterprises will start work on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan. It is reported that all three facilities will be equipped with the latest technology, and waste disposal will take place in full in accordance with the environmental standards of the Russian Federation.

Private investors will make monetary investments in the construction of new meat processing facilities with the support of state subsidies. The process of creating new Dagestan combines will be carried out as part of a project to develop meat processing enterprises in the region.

According to preliminary data, the new plants will operate in a full cycle and will carry out such meat production and harvesting processes as slaughter, deep processing and the release of products from meat of various breeds to the market.

At the moment, it is known that enterprises will supply semi-finished products of lamb, lamb, veal, beef, as well as sausage and smoked delicacies to retail outlets in the Russian Federation.

It will not be superfluous to note that one of the three combines is located on the territory of the Akhtyn district, in the village of Lutkun. To date, it has been commissioned at 98%. If we talk about the plant, which is based in the village of Novye Vikri, Kayakentsky district, then it, according to experts from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Dagestan, is 80%.

As for the plant in Yuzhno-Sukhumsk, its construction is in an active phase - the workers managed to complete 30% of the planned volume of construction activities.
