The festival of the longest sausage, which is held annually in Kaliningrad, this year was attended by employees of three local meat processing enterprises, as well as guests of the city - butchers from the Lithuanian company Vikširis, who did not fail to take the opportunity to treat their citizens with their delicacies.

The epicenter of the festivities was formed at the Museum of the World Ocean, which is located in the center of Kaliningrad. Residents and guests of the city flocked to taste dozens of different types of sausages, participate in contests and just have fun. About fifty varieties of different sausages with a total weight of over two and a half tons were presented at the festival.

Last year, the length of the longest sausage in Kaliningrad at a similar holiday was over three meters, and its weight was 135 kilograms. This year they decided not to measure the longest sausage, but simply carried it through the city center in front of an amazed audience.
