Employees of canning enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory set themselves not only far-reaching plans, but also ambitious goals for the near future.
So, today the priority for the workers of such plants is the production of one and a half billion cans with canned vegetables and fruits for a year.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the administration of canneries should issue clearly formulated requests for raw materials, quality, structure and other indicators to producers of vegetables and fruits.
The deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture Mikhail Timofeev is convinced that a full-fledged base of fruit and vegetable raw materials should be formed and the entire volume of high-quality vegetables and fruits distributed among canneries for the entire period of the harvest season.Timofeev also emphasizes that between canneries and suppliers of farm raw materials should hurry with the conclusion of contracts. Indeed, this year the government has set the task of processing at least 45 thousand tons of fruit and vegetable products into canned food.
According to employees of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, last year, production volumes of Krasnodar “conservatives” averaged one and a half billion cans. Of these, almost 545 million were a variety of juices from fruits and vegetables, as well as nectars. As for cans with pickles, tomatoes and other vegetables, their average volume exceeded 837 million cans.
